CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. If you are unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. WELLNESS & HEALTH INFORMATION Clients are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, recent surgeries, scalp conditions, pregnancy or current medications prior to treatment. BOTANICAL PRODUCTS & SENSITIVITIES Our treatments may include the use of botanical ingredients, essential oils, scalp serums and professional haircare products. While all care is taken, Karma Waves Head Spa cannot guarantee against allergic reactions or sensitivities. HAIR & SCALP SERVICES Chemical services may require consultation, strand testing or additional appointments depending on hair history and condition. Results may vary depending on individual hair type, previous colour history, home care and product use. Head spa and scalp treatments may not be suitable immediately following certain chemical services including keratin smoothing, fresh colour work or scalp irritation.
