What to Expect

Reiki
During a Reiki session, Natasha channels healing energy into the body through her hands.. The session is designed to be a peaceful and calming experience, accompanied by soft music in a tranquil environment. Your session begins with a brief consultation where Natasha will discuss your needs and intentions for the session.
You are then asked to lie down comfortably on a massage table fully clothed. Natasha will then guide you through a few deep breaths to help you relax before moving her hands over various parts of your body. She may focus on specific areas that need healing or balance. The session concludes with a brief discussion about your experience and any sensations you may have felt during the session.
