 The experience was deeply relaxing, like floating on a gentle wave. My mind cleared and my nervous system settled. 

 

I went home feeling lighter and calm.​

In my garden, I was watching the fish make ripples in the pond, listening to the birds, I imagined how powerful a botanical head spa would be with the real sounds of nature, in the heart of Golden Bay
